CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Higher bill from last 4 months

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I Bhagwat Sharma Consumer no-[protected]is getting high bill from last
4 months and from last 3 months i submitted complain letter at howrah office but no action has been
taken till now the officer are not taking this complain seriously i am a middle class man if this typeof

bill come again again then how we live our life . We are not using any AC as well but after complain i
am gettin higher bill again again.
So i kindly request you to solve this proplem as soon as possible.
