[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — humiliating, insulting and asking for bribe

today at 12 noon 3 people claiming officials from cesc visited our home. they forcibly entered through the bedroom where my mother was changing her dress whereas the meter room's door is already on the outerside for outsideres to come. they harrassed and quarelled with my parents. found nothing. insulted and humiliated my mother. and also refused to show their id cards. at last after quarelling they asked for bribe. when we denied they harrased us. had we been a thief then we are ready to face the punishment. is this a way of earning extra money? has cesc stopped paying salary to their employees? my consumer no. is [protected]
