CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — I can not get any progress about my new connection

Dear Sir,
I applied for a "New Connection" on 20th March, 2014, Reference No- 07/02455/14 (form no- [protected]). But after the inspection is over by the CESC team I can not get any further information about my new connection. This connection is very important to me to provide Air Conditioner in my home. Can you please help me in this regard.I will be grateful if you kindly assist me in this regard.
