[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Main fuse in the meter is burnt

Consumer no.[protected], complaint lodged on 27.11.2014 through telephone no. 1912 and Docket no. [protected] While changing the supply line and new meter, the main fuse in the meter box got burnt and temporary connection was made and power was restored by the CESC contractor. They advised to inform 1912 for immediate replacement of fuse with fuse box as they did not have the same.The officer receiving the complaint informed through sms that within 2-hours the complaint would be addressed.Today is 12.12.2014 i.e. almost 2- weeks have passed but CESC have not sent anyone. This is something which can not be set right by any outside agency.
