CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — no supply of 440 line

My consumer no.[protected], consumer ID [protected] I have registered complaint on 14.09.2014 and my docket no.is [protected] . We are not getting 440 line supply for the last 7 days. Have been following up with your customer care daily but no response. Lastly they have asked to contact local depot . On 20.9.2014 we have visited local depot Dy, Manager Commercial, he assured that the connection will be restored the same day. But still no action has been taken. M. Ghosh. [protected]
