Consumer No.[protected] Please note that I have paid your Bill dt.25.09.14 for Rs.4296.00 for Security Deposit of Exra Load 1.3 KW for 1 Ton A.C. Installation on dt 26.09.14, But I have not yet received any response from your end. & No inspection is done. I require a certificate from you for approval of installation of A.C. 1 Ton for Installation. In complain Box there is remark as "Resolved", But I have not yet received any Approval or confirmation by e-mail or letter for installation of 1 Ton A.C. in my residence. I have received a SMS as Delivered in next 4 days on dt 25.10.14 . Please look into the matter urgently and do the needful for confirmation & oblige.
