[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — non receipt of Bill payment acknowledgement slip of consumer No[protected]

my consumer no is [protected], I have paid Rs1138/= for the month of November'14 through net banking, the amount was deducted instantly from my bank account BUT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT was not generated. Every month I pay through net banking. Infact I do not know whether the amount was received by CESC or not, I do not know How to check my cesc account. Kindly let me know and send me the ackknowledgement slip to :- [protected]@rediffmail.com

I have just completed an online transaction. The same has been acknowledged. The acknowledgement read as under :

Electricity Consumption Bill for LT Consumers Only Transaction Successful Acknowledgement Slip * Customer Id. [protected] and accounting month and year 09/15 Transaction date :[protected] Transaction reference number : EHMP[protected] Status : SUCCESS Electricity bill amount (Rs.) : 5640.00 This acknowledgement slip is being issued subject to the Terms and Condition applicable for payment of electricity consumption bill through Debit / Credit card ( Billdesk ), as detailed on our website. Note*:The Company reserves the right to reverse any payment effected by a consumer through Debit / Credit card ( Billdesk ), in situation, where ultimately the Company is not in a position to retain such payment, on the ground o[censored]nauthorised usage(intimated to us by our banker) of such Card through which settlement has been made Thank you for your concern towards the Environment by paying Online.
