I have made online payment on the[protected] for electricity charges for the month of October, 2014 using net banking of SBI Transaction Ref No. IG00FEUMS6 and received a message from the bank that an amount of Rs. 605.49 has been debited from my account. However, the e-receipt was not generated by the CESC. The consumer No. is [protected], Customer Id : [protected] Customer Name: AMIT KUMAR KHAN, Address P/720 BAGHAJATIN PALLY S P D BLOCK KOLKATA 700086 LP 138/4/0/4.

For Online Payment please generate a Transaction ID which will be helpful in case of in case of failed transaction.

[protected] for the month of Oct 2014 from my HDFC Debit Card in Kolkata but receipt not generated by your system rather get an error message-"Duplicate Entry[protected] for key PRIMARY".
