[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Nonreceipt of payment acknowledgement.Bill no[protected]

My consumer no is [protected] (Siddhartha Biswas, Flat 3B, 3A, Ashu Biswas road, kolkata 700025 - mobile [protected]) I paid Rs.836.12 through HDFC credit card on 23.11.2014 online.But due to inter net connectivity disturbance I did not get the acknowledgement.On 26.11. I lodged a query/complaint online at your site describing the problem (Docket No LT/14/16534 or 16634).Having received no reply I sent an email on 28.11.14 to [protected]@rp-sg.in on 28.11.2014.Having received no response I tried to telephone no [protected] of Mr Somdiptya Chakraborty as given on the bill, The no. is either engage or is not receive call mode.I don't also remember the password for looking into payment history in your site.Please clarify the following. 1) Whether the said payment is received by CESC or not. 2)How to retrieve my password for logging into the payment history site. 3)As you will see that I have spent a lot of time and effort to reach CESC for a simple information Please tell me how to reach CESC for communication without too mush hassle?
