[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Order numbers[protected] and[protected] transaction failed and no refund

on 20 march 2014 with SBI transaction Id IGS2190655 AND IGS2187346 supp bill CESC payments bill was not generated from CESC site even the money for two transactions deducted from my Account.

i have complained SBI customer care they told transactions been successfully processed to marchant via order numbers[protected] and[protected] so kindly verify and refund my money to my bank accout
