[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Paid Bill ,amount deducted by sbi but dont get reply mail

Respected sir: Myself Malati Dutta, My consumer id no is [protected], I have paid my last month(August)2014 electricity bill by Net banking, of Rs 1070, from SbI, my amount deducted but dont get any payment receipt by email or sms.The date was on 22/9/2014 at 19.14 pm.So I paid the bill next time on 23/9/2014, (Second time) and this time I get payment bill by email.But my problem is that my first amount till not refunded to my sbi ac.Please look into the matter.
