CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Replacement of metre-box

Sir, My CESC consumer number is [protected]. My metre box has been damaged for quite some while now. I have informed this to the CESC representatives who come to our house for checking the metre several times. But they appeared to pay no heed into this matter, and just told me to lodge a complaint online. I tried to contact CESC online, but was unable to find any link that would let me directly contact them. As per the CESC rules, we, consumers, are not to tamper with the metre box.
