i had called up your help line today now to register a complaint against power disruption in our locality using my mobile number [protected]
There has been a power failure in and around my locality 189/1 kasba road kol 42 landmark kasba rathtala
While contacted the representative montu who did not gave his full name insulted me my saying that " Apni ki bhujte parchen na " the tone was pretty bad and there was a sarcastic tone saying in a screaming voice saying the same thing again and again . I wanted to talk to the supervisor but the supervisor was equally bad and sarcastic
Hope there would be voice file which will be there in your logs request you to take action against both the agent and so called supervisor Sajjad Hussain
When requested for a manager he said he is the manager and call cannot be transfered
I understand that i am not a high value customer of yours but yes i pay a electricity revenue of close to 4000/- per month .This is not what is expected from an essential service helpline behaviour of the agent concern was pathatic and rude
