Dear Sir, With reference to the previous letter of complaint ( Docket No.[protected] dated 07.10.2013), this is to bring to your kind notice that, again with the onset of summer, severe voltage fluctuations are going on throughout the whole day at our apartment (Address : 857, Motilal Gupta Road, Kolkata – 700 008.) which may cause the damage of electrical and/or electronic gadgets.
