I am writing this mail to inform that I have received Excessively high usage bill which i have received for the month Nov 316 unit in comparison with last year only 94 unit, I have cross checked it from the Meter reading MR Arun Basak he took the only 79 for the month of Nov previous reading was 10765+79 it should come up total 10844 have seen in his meter reading book, secondary we have asked what should we do he said on 9th Dec when came to take Dec reading, this will add up in system no need to pay on DEc14 billing but rather adding the 88 unit have receive the same amount of Bill 2400, in the bill previous reading nothing and unit consumed is Blank.
It is observe the you are sending the bills to the consumers without taking the manual reading which your Meter reading officer are taking, miscalculation may happen once but how come twice after have checked the meter reading its ok but as per your system you are sending incorrect reading and sending Green Bill how come you all are so ignorant such service which you are providing to the customer.
You have mention the Name and Contact nos in the of Manager Ms Singhdha Hazra -[protected] not picking up calls its ringing no call back or any update, i have received a sms on 27th Jan2015, Metioning any issue related service issue you can directly call [protected]/44031912/1912 to raise queries or complain worst case its not getting connected.
Kindly look into it and do the needful asap Below is my detail:

Note: I will pay the bill this month but i would be very glad if the bill come next must have proper calcualtion after deducting my excess payment.
