You will find that from March to July 2014, Maximum Consumtion is “270” units. Therefore it is not understould how suddenly in the month of Aug. our consumption shot-up to “386” units without any addition of consuming points. We consider this as an error and needs investigation to your end. We are unable to pay the bill for Aug, ’14 till you investigate and justify the billing Amount for Aug, ’14.
