Please note that I have been unable to access your web for the past few weeks and so I am unable to my electricity bill. I am outside Kolkata at the moment, so I am unable to go there in person.
Please note that, in the past, I have paid my bills online without any problem.
Is there a problem with your website? If so, can suggest another alternative other than physically going to your office (since I am not in Kolkata).
