[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Unable to get in to on line payment of Elec. bill that was in use for long time | |
Dear Sir,
I am writing this email note to you as we are unable to get on line payment system that was in working condition
until we paid our last CESC bill for our flat at Calcutta South City residence bill dated 07/03/'14, bill paid on line dated 05/052014.. Please note we the owner of the flat No. 14, in Tower 3, South City Residence, 375 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata 700068. Bill customer no. [protected] name Sakuntala Dutta, payment done from HDFC Bank a/c reference no 19154695 transaction date 05/05/14 amount Rs.1362.00. We came to know later on that the electricity line was disconnected when my brother in law who lives in London went to our flat to stay for his holiday
for two weeks in August this year. Still we do not know why the line was disconnected for no reason. We were never
defaulter in bill payment from London that was available to us on line. We sent a letter to the Customer Relation Officer of the CESC Office at 6 Mandeville Gardens, Kolkata 700019 to enquire why we are unable to get connected to our on line service and not getting any further bills that needs to be paid. More over the line is still disconnected. The letter was posted as a registered letter from London but till to date we did not get any reply from the CESC Office.
We would be grateful to you if you kindly find out what is going on.
