Dear Sir, My consumer No is [protected]. For the last few months I am unable to pay bills online and your website is showing that "SORRY, ONLINE PAYMENT NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CONSUMER AT THIS MOMENT... ". I am regularly paying bills online as I am out of Kolkata for last ten months and there is no body to pay bills at counter. I don't know what is the technical problem for paying the bills online. I have tried all the means i.e Debit Card /Credit Card / Net banking etc. Please help me. Purnendu Das [protected]
