Dear sir, i got offer letter by cesc, REF NO: 03/12207/14, calcutta central district 15/1 chowringee square kol 700069, but my address come 45/H/6 Tiljala rd kol 46 intead of 42/f tiljala rd kol 46. I went to cesc office and had a complaint with docket no[protected]. Though the show scan document has right address even the are not making my address change saying apply for fresha.[protected]

overbilling

suffring from overbilling for a long time probably due to the faulty meter. My consumer numbber is [protected]
