My Consumer Number is [protected] and I have been raising complaint against CESC since months but the issues were left un attended. They simply keeps on sending monthly increased bill and we are compelled to pay them without expecting revision or any co-operation from any Institution who will look after the common issues and fight for us against this corrupted company.
I stay in a newly built flat and my electrical Waring is also new. All my appliances are new and during night most of the time we keep our room dark and stay jointly to avoid excessive consumption of energy. Our bill has to be from Rs.350- 400/=. But Constantly we are getting bills which amounts roughly 850 to 950/-. several times I have complained against CESC but got no response nor the billing was less. Hope it made my Bills hike as punishment rather.
I had even requested them to send some experts or technicians who will check my connection thoroughly but all were left un attended. Month on month we are compelled to pay them without expecting mercy or justice from any Governing body or anti corruption department.
