CHD Developers — Refund of money collected in pre launch | |
Respected Sir, This is for refund of money from CHD builder. The said builder has collected Rs. 250000 for single bhk unit of 630 sft area in CHD in the year of 2013 in pre launch (as per govt rule pre launch is illegal) without complete approvals of project in all respect from govt authorities. Initially the project was sold and money was collected on the basis of residential project whereas now it is being told that the project is as commercial area project. Now the club membership charges, PLC charges and car parking charges, DC charges, IFMS and firefighting and power back up charges are being levied whereas the same were not mentioned initially. There is increase of area o[censored]nit and as per terms and condition of application form in future the super area may have variation with increase of price. I have called multiple times, visited the CHD office and 15 REMINDER has been sent as per trail mail. I have been running from pillar to post for refund of my hard earned money. The builder is not returning my money. I am being harassed, tortured for refund of my own money. Neither any person is responding on mail nor my calls are taken. On visit to office also no satisfactory reply is given In view of above facts my money along with interest should be refunded on immediately basis. I am in dire need of my hard earned money.
