[Resolved]  Chennai Police — Police officers in Chennai are insulting and cheating the common people

Today(5th Dec 2014), I would like to mention about a incident that took place for me near Kottivakkam between 11AM to 12 PM, that created a VERY BAD impression on Police Officers. Actually the Police Officers from J 8 - Neelankarai Police Station, Chennai Conversation between myself and Policer officer(Kakki uniform) that happened near Kottivakkam, while I was riding my bike: Police Officer 1 : Stop the bike Myself : Stopped the bike and asked the Police office, What is it sir ? Police Officer 1 : Tell me your Name, Vehicle number and Phone number ? Myself : I provided the details to the officer, and again asked What is it sir ? Police Office 1 : Show me your Vehicle Documents ? Myself : I have taken the document and Police Officer 1 asked me to show it to Police Officer 2 Police Officer 2 : Verified the document (Every thing was fine) Myself: Asked the Police Officer 2, What is it Sir? I asked u both so many time, u r not telling me the reason ? Police Officer 2 : You violated the Traffic Signal. Myself: I tried to convince him that I have not Violated. (Actually I have not violated the Traffic Signal) (In between they caught the another luxury Car, Volkswagen Vento which is actually violated the Traffic Signal, but was driven by a Lady . Both the Police officers did not take any actions and they smiled at the lady and asked to Leave ). Myself: Asked the Police officer 2, Why sir ? She has actually violated the Traffic, but u have not taken any steps and asked her leave from the spot Police Officer 2 : It is not your business, U r asking me the question, So come with me and Pay the fine Myself: I told Police Officer 2 that Traffic rule should be same for both Women and Men, and asked why u r doing like this ?. (and the Police office 2 taken me to Traffic police man, who are standing near by and telling them that I violated the traffic signal) Traffic Police 1 : Pay me the fine of rupees 300 for violating the Traffic signal.(I already know that fine is 100 rupees for first violation) Myself: Explained every thing of what happened to the Traffic police man, but he is not cared about and asked me to pay the fine. As it was getting late to the office, I was thought of paying fine and also I have given the money to him and waited for the bill. Traffice Police 1 : Why r u waiting ? Myself: Told Traffic Police office that I was Waiting for the Bill . So Traffic police taken a Sheet of paper and wrote in pen that 300 Rupees has collected from me . Then I asked, where is the Printed bill. ? Traffic Police 1 : Machine is not working, so I cannot give printed bill Myself : Sir, How can I trust that that money is going to you or to the Governmnet, as u are giving the bill in a sheet of paper, Which u have just written as 300 Rupees collected from me . Then the Traffic Police officer had written is Name and Phone Number on the sheet (I even don't know that Name and Phone number written on the Bill is correct or not ?) But, I am definitely sure that Money that I have payed as a Fine, will go only to the Police officers(Both Police officers in Kakki and Traffic Police) not to Government This incident has created a very bad impression about the Police officers, who has a separate Traffic rule for Men and Woman and also collecting the money as a fine and not providing the proper bill I am Writing this Complaint, so that proper action will be taken on these police officers(Attached the Bill snapshot provided by the Traffic officer) and also I want to know the money that I payed as fine is gone to Government or to the Police officers. In the Bill, Traffic Police officer name is written as T. Soundarrajan, inspector, Ph : [protected] (Attached the snapshot of the Bill sheet).I think the Police officer 1 name in kakki uniform is Devaraj
