[Resolved]  Chevrolet India — Non Refund of access amount

I have purchased a chevrolet BEAT car from Frontline Automobiles(Chevrolet showroom, mangalore) on 2nd May, Its registered on 5th may 2014.I have made RTGS of Rs.602368/- on frontline automobiles on 29/04/2014 but they have not given any receipt against purchase of Car, Road tax, Registration fee, etc and even not yet refunded the access amount. The senior Sales Executive Had promised me at the time of car booking that he's gonna give me some accessories along with car and had not given anything, instead he behaved with me in a rude manner(very careless sales man ever). I'm totally harassed by Frontline automobile's service. Worse service ever i got. I'm calling them everyday but they are not bother to reply me.
