Dear Sir, I Mr S.M.Skariachan (MRD NO. OPR0617485) has been taking treatment from your hospital since a long time. I have even been admitted in Narayana Hrudyalaya some years back and had taking Angiogram treatment for my heart as well. But recently I had a very shocking experience from Chinmaya Hospital and I would not want anyone else to face this same problem in future. On the 8th of June 2015, I had come to your hospital with severe body pain and shivering at around 12 noon. I came to Chinmaya Hospital directly from the railway station and entered the emergency department after keeping my laguage with the security. The nurse made me sit in a wheel chair and the doctor asked me to meet a physician in the 1st floor. In the meantime my wife came to the hospital with my documents and they asked her to go to registration department. The physician directed me back to the emergency department. I was so tired and weak that I was ready to lie on the floor. They told me there is no vacant bed whereas there was some free beds in our eye sight. The suggestion they gave us was to go to some better hospital like Manipal Hospital and made my wife sign some papers. After 2 straight hours my wife managed to get me admitted in Manipal Hospital and by then I was not even able to stand. My condition was really BAD and SEVERE. The nurses had attended me and told me my body temperature had risen to 104 degree. I got discharged yesterday (June 11th, 2015). This is one of the worst experience I ever had in a hospital, I hope the management will take the necessary steps to avoid this situations for any other patients in future from your Hospital. I personally would never recommend anyone to come there for any kinda of treatment and neither will I ever come there for any treatment.
