CIBIL — Wrong Name updated in CIBIL database and affected my score

I have generated CIBIL Report and my name was wrong. The report contains 17 accounts and only 2 are related to me. How can a responsible company do like this because currently all the financial institutions are referring CIBIL report. Many times my many applications of Credit Card were rejected but nobody told me the exact problem. Recently I applied an application to SBI and they told me that, your CIBIL score is less. When I generate CIBIL report my self, found out that name itself is wrong. In report my PAN and Pasport number is correct, without cross checking the main database, how CIBIL did this. Can RBI take action this because this may happen with many people. Regards, Kumara GH
