I buy a report on date 5-7-2016 the amount of rs-550 debit in my account but i m not get any mail login detail after that when i call they say pay the payment and buy online or your report is ready login an check but in login option they say "the specified username does not exist" And then i drop complete to payment gateway they provide me detail "dear customer, Tpsl id[protected] Merchant id - sco[protected] We have checked the status of the given transaction and found that it is marked as success and the payment for the same has been sent to cibil on[protected]. " But each and every time company say me we are not provide any detail online or provide u any service request / complaint number you can call in next day we revert but in next day say talk they repeat if i say plz convert my call to your sinior they they told sorry they are busy and not talk with u Was this information helpful? | |||||

I raise a dispute with cibil.com with id : CDS[protected] to update my voter id and gender on 13th November 2017 till now it hasn't solved due to this my credit score far below i request you to solve this as early as possible
