CIDCO — Illegal Construction of CIDCO property of Plot F-49/30

To, The C.M.D., CIDCO Raigarh Bhavan, Belapur, Navi Mumbai Subject : Illegal construction of CIDCO property of Plot F-49/30 in Sector 12, kharghar causing lots of problems to neighbouring residences. Dear Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards illegal construction of a row house going on in Plot F-49/30, of Sector 12, kharghar. The respective owner of row house has taken the NOC certificate from CIDCO by constructing the plot according to the rules of CIDCO and after getting the NOC, he is reconstructing the row house violating the rules. The construction have caused many problems to the neighbouring residences, Recently while breaking the wall of 2nd floor, it collapse in the gallery of a neighbouring residence. Luckily there was no person that time so it avoids physical harm. But such incidences keeps on happening and even after warning the owner, he is not thinking about the neighbouring residences.
