[Resolved] Cinemax — damaged seats | |||
1. I HAD THE TICKETS FOR THE 2200 HRS SHOW ON 03 OCT 14 AT AUDI 03 OF CINEMAX MULTIPLEX LOCATED AT OBERON MALL COCHIN FOR MYSELF AND FIVE OTHERS..THE SEAT NUMBER WAS A2.HOWEVER ON REACHING THE THEATRE I FOUND THE SEAT TO BE TORN AND IN DAMAGED CONDITION.I APPROACHED THE MANAGEMENT AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER.THE SAME WAS DENIED BY THE ON DUTY MANAGER WHO SAID HE CANNOT DISTURB THE MANAGER AFTER 2200 HRS, FOR SUCH A MINOR ISSUE. 2. HE ALSO CLAIMED THAT THE DAMAGE TO THE SEAT DID HAPPEN DURING THE PREVIOUS SHOW AND HE WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE.HE ALSO DID NOT GET THE TIME TO TUCK IN THE SEATS DURING THE TIME PERIOD BETWEEN TWO SHOWS. 3. HE ALSO CAME UP WITH A WONDERFUL SUGGESTION OF COMPENSATING THE TICKETS AND ASKING ME TO LEAVE THE THEATRE AND COME THE NEXT DAY THAT IS 04 OCT 14. 4. DURING ALL THESE CONVERSATION HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT REFUSING TO ADMIT THAT IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT FAULT FOR THE CONDITION OF SEATS.HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS AGAINST ALL NORMS OF POLITENESS SPECIALLY WHEN TALKING TO A CUSTOMER AND IN A SITUATION WHEN THE STAFF IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. 5.
