Cinemax — Netbanking amount deducted but no seats booked | |||
heyy... so the situation was like this..yesterday i tried to book two tickets for a film (ormayundo e mukham)(malayalam) in cinemax, oberon mall, kochin, kerala..so everything was thru till the payment and i selected seats and tried for payment and entered details of my bank account..and during process after sometime i got a popup message saying that payment was failed and sorry for the inconvenience..but the thing is same time i got a message from my bank account saying that an amount of rs 273.71 INR has been deducted from account..so next day i went theatre and asked about this to cinemax staff..and he told me that no such booking for specified seat happend and tld me that if you have any complaint you can send a mail to cinemax and they will refund you within 7 days..so situation made me to take another tickets from direct cinemax counter..and i hope you will refund my amount within 7 days..and i dont wanna reveal my account number here..email id that i specified for booking seat- [protected]@gmail.com and my cell number-[protected] date of booking-13-dec-2014 Was this information helpful? | |||
