Cinemax — Refund not received

I have tried to make booking for Cinemax, Inorbit mall Hyderabad on 11/09/2014 . Following are the details

Movie - Finding fanny
Show date - 14/09/2014.
Payment mode - net banking

A amount of 384.27 was deducted from my account and no booking was done. None of their helpline number is working.

Please see to it that my amount is refunded
