Cinepolis India — Credit card charged, but booking not confirmed | |||||
Hi i booked 3 executive tickets with paytm wallet order#4708 on 16th july for show in kolkata with total amount of rs. 801. Some error happened, and no confirmation on sms or email was sent even though money got deducted from paytm. When i tried after 15 minutes, the seats chosen were available which tells me that booking had failed. Have written an email and tried to call on the number, but have received no response.
