Cinepolis India — Money deducted from failed booking and no refund yet | |||||
I tried booking tickets from www.cinepolisindia.com for Batman vs Superman last Wednesday and it failed two times from two different bank displaying message that booking failed but you haven't been charged any money which wasn't true. They deducted 1685 Rs. from both bank and Its 7 days and I haven't received my money yet. I also tried to contact there support via Email, I sent 2 Emails to "[protected]@cinepolis.com" and they didn't even bothered to reply once. I have been patient for a week now but It's insane how these company treat there customers. Please refund my money ASAP. Here are all the necessary details :- Booking date and time :- 23rd March around 12:15 a.m. Transaction Details of the two banks attached. Email sent by me attached.
