Cinepolis India — No refund given on failed transactions! | |||||
We booked for two movie tickets through Cinepolis Mobile app on 9th of June 2016 for Conjuring 2 in Fun Republic Mall, Coimbatore( Screen 3, 4.30pm show and seat numbers B8 & B9). We tried making payment three times of Rs. 274.36 each and each time it got declined. Every time the app will abruptly shutdown as it is designed for the same. After repeated attempts of contacting them, we couldn't talk to a human. No one is there to pick up calls or answer our email. Credit card company say that the merchant has successfully debited the money from our account. It is a scam that they are very much aware of and they are not ready to refund the money.
