Cinepolis India — Refund for accidental booking | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I accidentally booked 4 tickets for the Sultan movie on 6th July instead of 9th July. The Booking ID: WXRDPTS. Seats: EXECUTIVE. The transaction amount was: Rs.1811.04 When I contacted the Cinepolis Customer care, they said they do not give refunds. Tickets once sold is considered as sold. I request you refund the money.
