I am raising a complaint against cinepolis. the details have been mentioned as below: Complain against rewards points not getting updated after signing in to cinepolis portal. I have done bookings for which I havent received rewards points: Bookings as follows: Booking no[protected] April 2016 Booking no 694934- 5 May Booking no[protected] Aug Also i ha got a call post the complaint but still it is been a week after that the complain stands unresolved. I had tried booking tickets online 5 minths back for Tamasha Viviana VIP cinepolis . Money got devited but I was not Able to book ticket . I checked my bank statement today and I didn't get my refund yet !
