Cinepolis India — Tickets have not been booked but the money has been deducted

Please note, i tried booking for two tickets through cinepolis.com for kabali show at 24th july 2016 sunday at vivania mall, thane. The money has been paid through paytm wallet, but on confirmation page attached screen appeared. I havent received any ticket confirmation mail or message till now.
