Cinepolis — online ticket booking error

I tried to book a ticket in early morning. I selected the seat and entered the debit card details for payment. Money deducted from my account and the site redirected with an error message ''Vista Error". I got a message to my mobile saying that money deposited in Gurugaon Cineneplis. Please resolve the problem and refund my money back.
