I raised an online request for Fixed deposit interest statement thru Citibank Online banking. A very standard practice as this information shall be used by me to compute my income taxes.
I was given a request number and was informed that within 48 working hours statement shall be delivered to my email.

48 hours gone and nothing happened, when i called back I was surprised to hear that they did not have any such request...

Hello, i sent emails and called them several times when i got email that they were closing the service on world money card on citibank to refund my balance on it. But i never got proper response. When i call them they receive the message and say they will get back to me but they never do.. And they never respond to email. I recently applied for an Auto Loan from HDFC bank, however the same was rejected due to my Cibil score. On investigation it was observed that the consumer name mentioned on my Cibil account had an additional name Yogendra Kumar.
