Hi, I have requested you to cancel my credit card above with immediate effect on a written complain in the month of March14.But now i find that no action has been taken &without my consent you are honouring payment to Royal Sundaram insurance.i have not authorised to do so also requested royal sundaram to cancel Accident Policy no PAPOMCT002 in month of March14&informed them not to renew further. i will not responsible for any payment from your side. so pls cancel it immediately.i will be taking up matter with banking ombudsman of RBI for further procedure Regards Vipin Pillai [protected]
