Citibank — Citibank pre-closer fraud | |||
Hi I had taken a loan on Citi Bank Credit Card and had requested for pre-clouser on 13th Oct were as my statement generation was on 15th Oct agent said they will take the pre-clouser request post the statement generation. On 17th Oct call the customer care and got the final figure and transferred the amt on the same day which was communicated to the agent (which included 3 days adv. interest payment) but when check in Nov account is still showing as Load still active, then called the customer care on 13th Nov, they had taken the request [Req. No. 5917] and closed till that time amt which i paid was laying in the credit card account. In Nov bill they are charging the Interest for the whole month, saying we haven't received any confirmation from your side so, we were holding the amount and they are not willing to reverse the interest amount, pre-clouser was above 5Lac's which is not small amount. - Amar Was this information helpful? | |||
