Iam a citibank suvidha account holder for the past 9 years!!! All this while i was proud to say iam citibank holder but today after i received a call for the personal loan i applied for the first time the agent named piyush treated as me as a degraded person!!! Never went thru such a humiliation!!! He was showing his bad attitude to me from start of the call!!! I was not asking loan from his family!!! He doesnt know how to be courteous with customers !!! I want citibank to listen to d call which was made to me and take strict action against the person named Piyush who called me today at 11:30 am oct 3rd 2016!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
