Citibank — excess charges

I received your bill dated 21.6.15 for Rs. 4060.49 wherein cash advance fees of Rs. 600/- has been levied against cash withdrawn Rs. 3000/- against my credit card no ending 5632whereas i have been making more than their bill payments to them within stipulated period.
