Citibank — Forcefully given policy and even after credit card closed

I have close Citibank credit card by giving all the payment, almost 2 years ago but Citibank did not close the card and forcefully gave me some policy, , now I just got to know via email that my amount is outstanding, they have not given any confirmation or any notice about policy, , even after I am not interested. please help nandan [protected]
