Citibank — Fraud on my ATM Card against my account

I have a salary a/c # [protected] with citibank and someone did ATM withdrawl transactions worth Rs 40, 000 on 5th Nov through 4 transactions of 10, 000 each through Fraudulent way. MY ATM pin was not shared with anyone, noone from my side has done these transactions. This is a complete security breach against my account and my salary. I have lodged a complaint with citibank and the local police station, however I have not got anything yet on the same. Neither the Bank provided the disputed transaction amount back yet and not done any proper investigation in the matter. Regards Pooja
