Hi Team,
There are lot fake commitments from your CITI bank nodal officers desk and also from your collection desk. Have paid all my outstanding credit card amount on 31st March 2021 (CITI card num ends with 4714) and raised request for NOC on April 1st. But till now, I haven't received any NOC certificate from your end to my email id. I had a several follow-ups, but all are giving the fake commitments. Someone saying that it is pending with Benchaham team. Really frustrated. You guys are asking me to check my inbox and spam folders without sending my NOC. Please get this processed as much as earlier. This is really impacting me in all cases.
