Citibank — Poor customer service

I like citibank.I heard sumthing new ready credit i called to chk i was promised for a callback .I called to pay the bill and asked abt ready credit i was transfered.Honestly i just wanted to know wats it.And advisor started with my company name and stated ur company is not eligible without even telling me wat the product is all abt this is wat i m informed .Very very bad citibank
