[Resolved] Citibank — Poor Customer Value and Operations | |||
Hi, It is a sorry to state that i have experienced the worst ever banking experience with CITI bank. It was my biggest mistake to open a savings account with your bank. Nothing is in place. From your customer service to your bank centers and the worst is the amount of rules and illogical regulations built into your operations, with no immediate asction from your higher management. Very pathetic experience. I hold differnet accounts with HDFC, IDBI and SBI and they have been just million times better than CITI bank. You do not value customers. Feels pathetic even to write this mail. Want to state the problem and actual flow of events which lead to this complaint. But i know it is of no use. It will be just another complaint. You do not take any action on those complaints. Hope, I am able to get rid of your bank at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
