Citibank — Regarding ATM cash

I had used my SBI card in Citi Bank ATM at Ansal Plaza, Gr Noida but due to electricity cut i cold n't get cash from the machines but Rs. 4000 debited from my account. Please look in to the matter & credit Rs. 4, 000 in my account. Regards, Dharmendra Garg [protected]
