I got an SMS alert on my registered mobile no.[protected] on 12 May 2014 at 19.56.05 from your message centre[protected] stating that Rs358.15 was spent on my credit card [protected] at FACEBK* PAYMENT. On receiving the SMS alert I contacted Citibank customer care immediately and requested them for blocking of my card and the card was blocked on the same day. I wish to inform you that I have not made the disputed transaction and request you to kindly reverse the disputed amount immediately.
